Camrose Dental with
Direct Billing to Insurance

Dental insurance comes in all shapes and sizes. We accept direct-billing of benefits from most dental insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. Our administrative staff will prepare all necessary forms for your dental benefits. Please note, your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and generally insurance companies will not discuss your policy with us. You are responsible for your portion of payment if your insurance benefits cover less than anticipated. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurer to clarify with you what your benefits will cover.

Our fees for insured patients are the same as for all patients receiving similar services. Your policy may base its coverage on its own fee schedule, which may not align with our usual fees. Insurance companies vary greatly in types of coverage and speed of payment.

For insurance-related queries, please reach out to us. We look forward to serving you.
